Memorial Day Ceremony
Due to the challenging times in which we are experiencing, Governor’s Orders preclude us from gathering in numbers larger than 10. However, the Village and Town realize there must be recognition of the men and women who have served and are serving in our armed forces. As has been customary during Memorial Day in Liberty, we will be saluting those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. The ceremony will take place via live Facebook feed on Monday, May 25th at 10:00 am. Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther will be joining us with words of reflection.
Please access the Village of Liberty Police Department Facebook page at 10:00 am Monday and join your families, neighbors and friends in a demonstration of appreciation for the selfless service of our men and women in the armed forces.
