NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Liberty in the County of Sullivan and State of New York, introductory Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2021, entitled “A local law adding paragraph D to Section 139-8 of the Code of the Town of Liberty.” The proposed local law would add a new
paragraph D to §139-8 of the Code of the Town of Liberty to prohibit stopping, standing and or parking of vehicles on both sides of the road known as Huschke Road for its entire distance from its intersection with East Mongaup Road to its intersection with Steiglitz Road.
A copy of the aforesaid local law is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Liberty, New York, where the same may be examined.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to §20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a public hearing will be held on the aforesaid local law before the Town Board of the Town of Liberty via Zoom at 6:45 p.m. prevailing time, on February 16, 2021, at which time all interested persons will be heard.
