TOWN OF LIBERTY
PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Liberty, in the County of Sullivan, State of New York, on March 1, 2021, duly enacted Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2021, and entered it in its minutes.
The aforesaid local law added a new paragraph D to §139-8 of the Code of the Town of Liberty to prohibit stopping, standing and or parking of vehicles on both sides of the road known as Huschke Road for its entire distance from its intersection with East Mongaup Road to its intersection with Steiglitz Road.
