A classic mountain bike XC course! The race starts out on a slight uphill, leading the riders into the first section of singletrack. This first section has a few hairpin turns that will get the heart pumping for the climb ahead. The course then splits taking the HS riders up to the top of Walnut Mountain while the MS course has a still challenging but lower elevation climb out to the meadow. From the top of Walnut Mountain, HS riders will be rewarded with a much needed downhill section leading them to the meadow where the MS course will merge. Once riders slash through the meadow singletrack section, a fast and flowing singletrack trail leads all riders back to the start/finish.
