Virtual Holiday Jamboree
This will be a virtual event on December 19th. Please tune into the Town of Liberty Parks and Recreations Facebook page for the live event starting at 6 pm!
Virtual Holiday Home Decorating Contest
To enter into this contest, please contact Parks and Rec department either via email, mail, or phone call with your address, giving us the opportunity to drive by and take photos. Photos will be posted on the Town of Liberty Parks and Recreations Facebook page for community voting.
Judging will take place on December 15th. Voting will commence on the 16th and go through the 18th.
Areas of judging will be: creativity, holiday spirit, and overall appearance.
Winners will be announced at the Holiday Jamboree live virtual event.
Virtual Gingerbread House Contest
Take a photo of your gingerbread house with its creator(s) whether it is a child, family, or adult. Email the photo to p.r.dept@townofliberty.org to be entered into the contest.
Entries need to be submitted no later than December 15th by 3 pm for judging. Voting will commence on the 16th and go through the 18th.
Areas of judging will be: overall creativity and overall construction, all of which must be edible.
Winners will be announced at the Holiday Jamboree live virtual event.
Virtual Ugly Sweater Contest
Take a photo of you in your ugly sweater and email the photo to p.r.dept@townofliberty.org to be entered into this contest.
Entries need to be submitted no later than December 15th by 3 pm for judging. Voting will commence on the 16th and go through the 18th.
Areas of judging will be: the ugliest, most festive, holiday inspired sweater.
Winners will be announced at the Holiday Jamboree live virtual event.
TikTok Holiday Contest
Create your most festive TikTok as an individual or family!
Entries need to be submitted no later than December 15th by 3 pm for judging. Voting will commence on the 16th and go through the 18th.
Areas of judging will be: creativity and holiday cheer.
Winners will be announced At the Holiday Jamboree live virtual event.
Surprise Guest: Santa Claus!
Letters to Santa Claus
Email, mail, or drop off your child’s letter to Santa Claus before December 16th. Santa will be making a special guest appearance for our live virtual event on the 19th to pick UP the letters. He might even mention your child’s name and an item from their wish list during the live event!
